Following Barrow's idea of fractal black hole horizon, we re-derive entropy static spherically symmetric holes. When a absorbs matter its horizon area will increase. Given the structure, conjecture that minimal increase should be smallest bubble sphere. From this, find has logarithmic form, which is similar to Boltzmann if consider A/Apl as number microscopic states. We further calculate temperatures and heat capacities Schwarzschild, Reissner-Nordström (RN), RN-AdS It found their are all monotonically increasing positive, means these holes thermodynamically stable. Besides, for capacity Schottky anomaly-like behavior, may reflect existence discrete energy level restricted microscopical degree freedom.
